HUMAN EVOLUTION
This journal deals with the physical and sociological evolution of Man and non-human Primates. The journal draws upon the many disciplines involved in the study of human evolution and reflects the current interest in molecular evolution and genetics, as well as palaeontology and taxonomy.

GLOBAL BIOETHICS
This journal aims to stimulate debate on all questions inherent in Global Bioethics. Not only medical ethics (euthanasia, abortion, human experimentation, research and professional ethics, birth control, reproductive engineering etc.) but also environmental ethics (the relationship between Man and Nature, biotechnology, animal modification by genetic engineering etc.).
The aim of this journal is to integrate the biological sciences with humanistic understanding, thus creating a different approach to this field of knowledge; one without ideological and methodological presuppositions.

Instructions to authors
HE., IJA., GB, publish original articles and notes on current anthropological topics such as human and non-human primate biology, auxology, human population biology, nutrition, paleopathology, biosocial anthropology, applied anthropology, environmental ecology and bioethics.

Submission of Articles - The original typescripts should be sent via e-mail, in Microsoft Word or Rich Text format, to Claire Stypulkowski at the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Preparation of Copy - All articles should be submitted in English. Papers must not exceed 25 pages (including illustrations and tables, as well as footnotes), and should be typewritten with double spacing throughout. The position of tables and illustrations (to be provided separately from the text) should be indicated in the text; tables and legends for illustrations should be typed separately at the end of the article. A short running title of not more than 40 characters (including spaces), suitable for each sequential page heading, should be supplied if the full title is longer than this. Articles should be submitted in a complete and finished form and with the author’s last (family) name, complete address, plus fax and e-mail addresses. Articles and illustrations submitted for consideration will not be returned to authors.

Abstract - An abstract will be printed under the title at the beginning of your article; abstracts should not exceed 300 words, and should summarise your article, being intelligible to the general reader without reference to the main text.
Key words - An ad hoc selection of keywords not exceeding 85 characters (including spaces) should be supplied; these will be printed with the abstract and should be those words which best represent the content of your article.
References - References should be listed alphabetically at the end of the paper, in chronological order, arranged as per the following examples:

Citations in the text should follow examples: Smith and Robinson (1957), or (Smith & Robinson, 1957). When a citation has more than two authors, the citation (Smith et al., 1957) should be used. If two or more citations are to be used together, then: (Passingham & Ettlinger, 1974; Passingham, 1975a, 1975b, 1981; Uylings & Van Eden, 1990).
Footnotes Footnotes should be avoided or listed in an Appendix prior to the References. Corrections - The publishers provide proofs for checking. Superficial changes will be made under the Editor's supervision. Only corrections that represent substantial alterations from the submitted article will be brought to the author’s attention, unless otherwise requested by the author.
Copyright/Reprints - Authors submitting a article do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, exclusive copyright of the paper shall be assigned to the publisher. In consideration for the assignment of copyright, the publisher will supply 25 reprints of each paper. Additional copies may be purchased. A reprint order form will be sent with proofs.
